D&R Return Policy

Items purchased within a 30-day period may be returned or exchanged, provided they are in new condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Ammunition and Firearms:

Returns or exchanges for ammunition and firearms are subject to D&R approval. Firearms that have been fired and require warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

Warranty for Rods and Reels:

Warranty claims for rods and reels are at the discretion of the manufacturer and should be processed online through the manufacturer’s website.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Exchanges:

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
